Initial Business Advisory Service:

3 month commitment

Business health check diagnostic to undertake an initial strategic review of your business and identify priority issues
Three one on one meetings plus telephone support
Weekly ten minute accountability call
One Page Action Plan creating clarity of purpose

$4,500 plus GST

Ongoing Business Advisory Service:

12 month commitment

Both programs provide access to a range of diagnostic tools that provide insights and clarify key issues and opportunities to prioritise. Our approach to advisory is holistic and tailored to the specific issues that are uncovered through the program.

Accelerator program – 10 meetings (either Board or one on one) plus telephone and email support. From $24,000 plus GST payable in quarterly instalments in advance
Strategic Sounding Board program – 6 meetings (either Board or one on one) plus telephone and email support. From $18,000 plus GST payable in quarterly instalments in advance
